Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the Truffl platform and services. By using Truffl, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Summary: Use Truffl for legitimate, lawful business communication. Do not use it to deceive, harass, or harm anyone. Do not violate applicable law. Do not misuse the platform. If in doubt, email hello@trufflinnovations.in.

Overview

Truffl is a Voice Operating System designed to help businesses deploy AI voice workflows for legitimate customer communication — including payment reminders, appointment scheduling, order follow-up, customer support, and lead qualification.

The platform must only be used for lawful, ethical, and responsible purposes. Truffl reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform immediately and without notice if we determine that a customer is in violation of this policy or applicable law.

Prohibited uses

Deceptive communication

Deploying voice agents that impersonate humans when directly asked if they are AI
Using the platform to make calls that misrepresent the identity, affiliation, or purpose of the calling party
Creating workflows designed to deceive End Customers into providing personal information or payments under false pretences
Deploying calls that use fake urgency, false threats, or misinformation to pressure recipients

Harassment and harm

Contacting individuals who have opted out of communication or registered on applicable Do-Not-Disturb lists
Deploying automated calls for harassment, intimidation, or threats
Making calls at inappropriate hours in violation of applicable laws or regulations
Configuring workflows that cause distress, annoyance, or harm to End Customers

Illegal activity

Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable law, including TRAI regulations, the DPDPA, consumer protection laws, and sector-specific regulations
Deploying workflows for unlicensed financial solicitation, fraudulent debt collection, or other regulated activities without appropriate licensing
Processing the data of children under 18 through voice workflows without appropriate parental consent and safeguards
Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes

Platform misuse

Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or AI models used by the platform
Circumventing rate limits, usage caps, or access controls
Using automated tools to create multiple accounts or inflate usage metrics
Reselling or sublicensing access to the platform without prior written consent from Truffl
Interfering with the security or integrity of the platform or its infrastructure

Content restrictions

Deploying voice workflows that contain or promote illegal content, hate speech, or discriminatory language
Using the platform to distribute spam, phishing messages, or malware
Creating workflows that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
Deploying adult or sexually explicit content through voice workflows

Enforcement

Truffl reserves the right to investigate potential violations of this policy. Upon finding a violation, we may take any of the following actions: issue a warning, suspend access, terminate the account, report the violation to appropriate authorities, or take legal action.

We are not obligated to monitor all customer activity on the platform, but we may review usage where we have reason to suspect a violation.

Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it to hello@trufflinnovations.in. We take all reports seriously and will investigate appropriately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
