What counts as a call?: Any AI-driven voice interaction handled by Truffl, regardless of duration. Whether the call lasts 30 seconds or 5 minutes, it counts as one call.
What happens after I use my included calls?: You can purchase additional call bundles at any time. There is no service interruption — your workflows keep running.
Can I bring my own phone number?: Yes. Truffl supports your existing Twilio, Plivo, or Exotel numbers. You can also provision new numbers directly from the dashboard.
